The working terms, in plain language

The Diagnostic — €3,000

• Prepaid, fixed price. Delivery is in writing within 5 business days after your completed written intake.
• The fee is credited in full toward a resulting build — it is not charged twice.
• If we find nothing worth fixing, the fee is refunded in full and you keep the findings.
• We run a maximum of 3 Diagnostics per month; slots are allocated by payment date.
• Everything arrives in writing. No calls are required at any point.

Builds — from €15,000

• Every build follows the Diagnostic's fixed written scope, with the acceptance checks listed before work starts.
• 50% is invoiced up front; the remainder follows accepted delivery against those checks.
• Delivery includes the running system, its tests with passing logs, an installation guide, and a recorded handover.
• Your system installs on your own hosting or server; you receive the complete package.

Ongoing care — €3,000 to €5,000 per month

• Optional, after a delivered build. Covers monitoring, maintenance, and prioritized changes.
• Scoped in writing before it starts; cancelable with written notice.

What we do not promise

• We do not promise specific revenue outcomes, conversion percentages, or rankings. We deliver the system, its evidence, and its acceptance checks — verifiable by you.
