What we collect, where it lives, and how to remove it
DevSyx Team — based in Tirana, delivering internationally. Last updated 16 August 2026. This page describes the practices this site actually runs, not a template.
What we collect
| Where | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Inquiry form | Your name, work email, company (optional), what is slowing you down, your goal, timeline, budget indication (optional), and — only when you arrive through our LinkedIn company page link — the attribution fields that say so | To read your inquiry and reply to it. Nothing else. |
| Insights subscription | Your email address | To send one written answer each Monday. Reply "stop" and it ends. |
| Free tools | The numbers or page address you type in, for the calculation itself | Tools run the check and keep the resulting grade, not your identity. |
| Hosting | Standard server access records kept by our hosting provider | Security and operation of the site. |
What we never do
- No marketing list is built from inquiries, and no unrelated messages are sent.
- No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no marketing pixels.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their marketing.
- This site sets no marketing cookie. Pages are fully usable with JavaScript disabled.
Where it is stored and for how long
- Inquiry records are written to protected storage outside the public web root on our hosting, and the protected form record is removed after 35 days.
- Replies and audit copies live in our secure mailboxes and follow those mailboxes' normal retention settings.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card numbers.
Who processes it
- Hostinger — website hosting and mailboxes.
- Stripe — payment processing for the Diagnostic and builds.
